I'm read-only
You look at the homes you were shown, their calendars, stays and cleanings, without money, guests' details or messages, and change nothing.
Getting in
- 1Open the invitation email, "Join account on Hostomat", within 7 days, and press "Accept the invitation". Create a login or use one you have, with the address it came to.
- 2You land on Home. The sidebar has Home, Calendar, Bookings, Tasks, Listings, Settings and Help.
What you see
The homes an admin chose for you, or every home: their stays and blocks on the calendar, each stay's dates and party on Bookings with the guest as "Guest", each home and its channels on Listings, the cleanings and tasks on Tasks.
Never money or prices, a guest's name or contacts, a conversation, a door code or Wi-Fi. A banner above every page says "You can look at the homes here, not change them." Settings has your profile and theme.
What Hostomat does by itself
- What you see changes as soon as an admin changes your homes.
- Nothing you press can change a home: the server refuses it.
If it didn’t work
- A home is missing.
- An admin picks which homes you see, in Settings, then Team. Ask them.
- I need to change something.
- Ask an admin or a manager; an admin can make you a manager.
