Terms of service.

Hostomat connects to your listings through your channel or property management account, reads your listing content, calendar availability and guest reviews, and writes nightly prices back to your calendar.

Hostomat writes prices only. It does not open or close dates, change your availability, alter minimum stay rules, message your guests, accept or decline bookings, or modify your reservations.

You set a floor price for every listing you enable. Hostomat will never write a nightly price below that floor. This is enforced in our own code before any price leaves our system, not by the platform we write to.

You are responsible for choosing a floor that makes sense for your costs. If you set a floor lower than you can afford, Hostomat will price down to it.

You must give accurate account details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including price changes made through the WhatsApp assistant from a phone number you have verified.

You must have the right to manage pricing for every listing you connect. Do not connect listings you do not control.

Hostomat prices using market data, your calendar and seasonal patterns. It is an automated tool, not a guarantee of revenue, occupancy or any particular result. Market data can be incomplete or wrong, and some locations have no usable data at all, in which case pricing is unavailable for that listing.

You keep full control. You can pause any listing, lock any night at a price you choose, or disconnect entirely at any time. We recommend reviewing your prices regularly rather than leaving the service unattended indefinitely.

Hostomat is in public beta. Features may change, and you may encounter bugs. We will tell you before we begin charging, and beta hosts will get notice well in advance of any pricing taking effect on their account.

Paid plans are billed per listing with automatic pricing enabled, through Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record and handle payment and applicable taxes. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Do not attempt to access another customer's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it to break the terms of the platform your listings are on.

We work to keep Hostomat running but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Third party outages, including your channel or property management platform, can prevent price updates.

To the extent permitted by law, Hostomat is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue or indirect losses.

You can disconnect and delete your account at any time from Settings. When you disconnect we stop writing prices immediately and your calendar keeps whatever prices were last set. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will let you know through the app or by email before it takes effect.
