Hostomat is a monthly subscription billed per listing with automatic pricing enabled. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record.
14 day money back guarantee
If Hostomat is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No conditions and no explanation needed.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and after that your listings return to the free allowance.
When a listing loses its slot, automatic pricing pauses and your calendar keeps whatever prices were last set. Nothing is reset and no prices are removed.
Partial periods
We do not automatically pro rate part months after the first 14 days. If you were charged for a period you could not use because the service was not working, tell us and we will make it right.
If something goes wrong
If a failure on our side stopped us pricing your listings for a meaningful stretch of a billing period, email us. We would rather refund you than argue about it.
How to ask
Email hello@hostomat.io from the address on your account. Refunds return to the original payment method, and Lemon Squeezy typically settles them within 5 to 10 business days.
