01Will it change my prices without asking me?+
Only after you turn it on for a listing and approve the setup, where you set your floor. From then it updates that calendar daily. You can pause or disconnect any time from Settings.
02Can it ever price below my floor?+
No. Your floor is a hard wall we enforce ourselves. If the market ever drops under it, we hold at your floor and tell you it might be costing you bookings.
03Which sites does it work with?+
Airbnb, with a secure one-tap connection. If you manage through a PMS, we support Hospitable today: connect it and every listing comes along. More platforms are being onboarded.
04What is the WhatsApp co-host?+
An assistant that lives in your WhatsApp. It announces new bookings, answers questions about your prices, occupancy and reviews, and sends your reports. When you ask it to change something, it proposes the change with Approve and Cancel buttons, and nothing runs until you tap Approve.
05Do you touch my availability or my bookings?+
Never. We only write nightly prices. We never open or close dates, message guests, or touch reservations.
06What does it cost?+
$19 per listing per month, and it gets cheaper as you grow: $16 from your 6th listing, $13 from your 16th. Every listing starts with a free month, and signing up, connecting, and listing audits cost nothing.
07How do I get off it?+
Disconnect from Settings. We remove the connection cleanly and stop touching your calendar. No lock-in, no hostage data.
