You set the lowest number you will ever accept. We treat it as a wall.

A note while we are in beta
We are early. A small group of hosts is using Hostomat right now while we harden the engine and smooth the rough edges.
Plainly: it is free during the beta with no card required, you may hit the occasional bug, and when you do, a real person fixes it fast. We are letting hosts in by application and setting up accounts by hand, so it stays small while we get it right. We would rather earn a handful of hosts who trust us than launch loud and break your calendar.

Will it change my prices without asking me?+
Only after you turn it on for a listing and approve the setup, where you set your floor. From then it updates that calendar daily. You can pause or disconnect any time from Settings.
Can it ever price below my floor?+
No. Your floor is a hard wall we enforce ourselves. If the market ever drops under it, we hold at your floor and tell you it might be costing you bookings.
Which sites does it work with?+
Airbnb, with a secure one-tap connection. That is the focus for now. Other channels are not in this version.
Do you touch my availability or my bookings?+
Never. We only write nightly prices. We never open or close dates, message guests, or touch reservations.
What does it cost?+
Nothing while we are in private beta, and no card to apply or to join. When we introduce pricing later, beta hosts will hear it from us first, with plenty of notice.
How do I get in?+
Apply through the form and tell us about your place. We review in small batches and create your account by hand, then email you to get started. We are keeping the group small on purpose.
How do I get off it?+
Disconnect from Settings. We remove the connection cleanly and stop touching your calendar. No lock-in, no hostage data.
