What it means for you and your guests: your account walled off from every other, each person seeing only their part, and your guests’ money going to your own Stripe.

What keeps your account safe

Your account is yours alone.
Your homes, bookings, guests and money are walled off from every other account. Nobody in another account can see them.
Each person sees only their part.
Admins, managers, cleaners, owners and read-only people each see what their role allows, and nothing past it.
Owners see only their own homes.
An owner’s login is held to their homes, with Full access or Look only. No other owner, no settings, no team.
Guests’ details stay with you.
Your guests’ names, messages and stays are there for your team to look after them. We don’t sell them, or share them for advertising.
Guests pay you, not us.
A direct booking is paid into your own Stripe account. Hostomat doesn’t hold your guests’ money.
Nothing changes behind your back.
Anything Seroia wants to change waits for a person’s Approve, and no price goes out below your floor.
