What do owners see?

Their own homes, and only theirs, in the same app with their own login. You choose Full access or Look only for each owner. They never see your account’s settings, your team or other owners.

How are owner statements made?

A statement for every owner, every month, with the management fee, expenses and corrections, sent as a PDF. An owner who earns in two currencies gets one statement per currency. Only money checked against the channel’s own figures goes on it.

Can I give someone a read-only login?

Yes. The team has admins, managers, cleaners, owners and read-only people, each seeing only what their role allows.

What if an owner stops working with us?

The handover is clean. Their homes leave your account and stop counting on your bill, you keep the history of every stay and statement, and the owner keeps their past statements.

Can an owner have their own site?

Yes. A site can be made for each owner, with only their homes on it.
