What counts as a listing?

One property with automatic pricing switched on. If a property is listed on more than one channel through a property management platform, it is still one listing, because it is one calendar.

Can I turn it off?

Any time, per listing. Pausing frees the slot and your calendar keeps the prices it already has. Cancelling is covered by our refund policy, which includes 14 days money back on your first payment.

Is my area covered?

Automatic pricing needs enough comparable properties nearby to read the market. Most cities are covered, some are not. You will find out before you pay anything, and the listing audit works everywhere regardless.
