Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days free on every home, with no card required. Subscribe before the trial ends and the PMS is 50% off for your first 3 months, once per account. Dynamic pricing is never discounted.
What does dynamic pricing cost?
It’s the one add-on: free for the first month, then $6 a home a month, only on the homes you switch it on for.
What happens when the trial ends and I haven’t subscribed?
Your account turns read-only and nothing is deleted. Bookings and guest messages keep coming in; changes wait until an admin subscribes from the billing page.
Do you give money back?
No money back on the subscription, except when we broke something. You can cancel online at any time from the billing page, and you keep everything until the end of the month you paid for.
Is a home that’s unlisted on Airbnb still billed?
A home counts while it’s live on a channel. One unlisted on Airbnb stops counting 30 days after it was unlisted.
Does the direct booking site cost extra, or take a cut?
Neither. Every account gets the site, guests pay into your own Stripe account, and Hostomat takes 0% of direct bookings. Stripe’s own card fee comes out of the payment, as it would anywhere.
