Every booking’s money is checked against the channel’s own figures. Until it matches, it shows as being checked.

A person decides what changes.
Seroia proposes, and a person approves. No price goes out below the floor you set.

We say what’s built.
Airbnb and Booking.com today. If it isn’t on these pages, it isn’t in the product.

The others are good, older, and connect to more channels. We’re the simpler version: the whole PMS at one price a home, with nothing to upgrade to.
