What Airbnb pricing tools cost a host with three listings

PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond and Hostomat priced for three listings, from their own pages on September 21, 2026. Flat fees, percentages and the trials.

The Hostomat team

Four tools, three listings, one month. This is what each one costs, from their own pricing pages, read on September 21, 2026, and linked at the bottom. Facts about the other companies come from those pages on that date. If any have changed, tell us at hello@hostomat.io and we will correct it.

The four prices

  • PriceLabs charges per listing. Its pricing page's FAQ puts the rate at $19.99 per listing per month for hosts in the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Israel, and $9.99 elsewhere. Rates slide down from the second listing: the page's own estimator shows $14.49 a listing at ten listings. There is a 30-day trial with no card. A 1% of revenue plan is offered on the same page.
  • Wheelhouse offers both shapes. Pro Flex is 1% of revenue with a $2.99 minimum a month. Pro Flat is $19.99 per listing for one to nine listings and $16.99 for ten to forty-nine. Its page lists the question of whether a card is needed to start, but we could not find the answer on the page.
  • Beyond charges a percentage of bookings: 1% on Growth, 1.25% on Pro. New accounts get a $50 credit. No flat per-listing option is shown, and the plans page does not say exactly what counts as a booking, so treat the percentage as applying to what the guest pays you.
  • Hostomat is $19 per listing per month for up to five listings, $16 a listing from the sixth and $13 from the sixteenth. The first month is free on every listing you switch on during it, and nothing is charged for 30 days.

Three listings, a month in the middle of the year

Say each listing takes $3,000 in bookings that month, $9,000 across the three.

  • PriceLabs: at most $59.97. The one-listing rate is $19.99 and the estimator shows $14.49 a listing at ten, so three sits somewhere between.
  • Wheelhouse Flat: $59.97. Wheelhouse Flex: $90.
  • Beyond Growth: $90. Beyond Pro: $112.50.
  • Hostomat: $57. In the first month, $0.

Now a quiet month, $1,500 a listing, $4,500 across the three.

  • Percentage tools (Wheelhouse Flex, Beyond Growth): $45.
  • Flat tools (PriceLabs at $19.99, Wheelhouse Flat, Hostomat at $19): $57 to $59.97.

The crossover is $2,000 a month per listing

A 1% fee and a $19.99 flat fee cost the same when a listing takes $1,999 a month. Below that, the percentage is cheaper. Above it, the flat fee is cheaper, and the gap grows with every good month, because the percentage grows with your revenue and the flat fee does not.

Most hosts with three listings sit above the line for most of the year and below it in the off-season. Over a full year, a listing averaging $2,500 a month pays $300 at 1% and $240 at $19.99 flat, or $228 at Hostomat's $19. A listing averaging $1,200 pays $144 at 1% and the flat tools cost it $228 to $240. Know which side of the line your listings live on before you choose a shape.

What the trials really are

  • PriceLabs: 30 days, no card, on the listings you add the first time.
  • Wheelhouse: a free account. We could not confirm on the page whether a card is required or how long anything is free.
  • Beyond: a $50 credit against your first fees, which at 1% covers your first $5,000 in bookings.
  • Hostomat: the account's first month is free on every listing switched on during it. A card is saved when you switch pricing on and nothing is charged for 30 days. A listing added after that month bills from the day it is switched on.

Where each one is stronger than Hostomat

PriceLabs lists integrations with many more channels and property systems on its site than Hostomat has, which connects to Airbnb directly or through Hospitable and nothing else. If you run Vrbo or a different PMS, that settles it. Wheelhouse's percentage plan with a $2.99 minimum is the cheapest way to price a listing that earns very little, and Hostomat has no percentage option. Beyond's percentage means its cost falls in your bad months, which a flat fee does not do.

All three are older than Hostomat by years and price far more calendars. Hostomat launched in 2026.

Where Hostomat is different

The floor is checked in Hostomat's own code on every push, and the comparable listings behind every price are on a map where you can exclude one. Each night's price has its reason written at the top of the page. Setup is three decisions on one screen. Everything it does is on the truth table at where Hostomat can be better, including what it does not do.

Which one, then

If you need channels beyond Airbnb, PriceLabs. If your listings earn under $2,000 a month and you want the bill to shrink with them, Wheelhouse Flex or Beyond. If you have a few Airbnb listings, want a flat bill, and want to see why each night costs what it costs, Hostomat, and the first month costs nothing.

Whichever you pick, run one engine per calendar. Two tools, or a tool and Smart Pricing, on the same listing will fight, and the lower price wins.
