Dynamic pricing on Hospitable: connected in ten minutes, no card
Hostomat is on Hospitable Apps. What connecting does, what it reads and writes, the three decisions before the first price, and the cost after the free month.
The Hostomat team
If your Airbnb runs through Hospitable, adding pricing is a connection, not a migration. Nothing moves. Hospitable stays where your calendar and guests live. Airbnb stays the channel. Hostomat reads what it needs and writes one field back: the nightly price.
What connecting does
Hostomat is listed on Hospitable Apps. From there, or from hostomat.io, you approve the connection in Hospitable's own window, and your listings appear in Hostomat a minute or two later, with their reservations and reviews; a calendar is read the first time a listing is audited or priced.
Nothing is written at this point. Connecting is read-only until you turn pricing on for a listing, one at a time, and a listing you never turn on is never touched.
What it reads, and what it writes
It reads the listing itself, the calendar with its availability and current prices, the reservations, so it can see how fast you are booking against the market, and the reviews, for the audit.
It writes the nightly price, through Hospitable, which passes it to Airbnb. That is the whole list. It does not write minimum stays, availability, cleaning fees, check-in rules or messages, and it will not. If Hospitable also syncs your Vrbo or Booking.com listings, Hostomat leaves them alone. It prices Airbnb.
The free audit comes first
Before any pricing, every connected listing can be audited. The audit scores it out of 100 against the top earners near you, across photos, copy, amenities and reviews, and rewrites the weak copy so you can paste it into Airbnb. One audit per listing per day, free, with no pricing switched on.
Most hosts find something in the first one. A first line of the description that says nothing, an amenity the top earners all list and you have but never mentioned. It is worth doing before the price, because a price cannot fix a listing nobody clicks.
Three decisions, one screen
Turning pricing on for a listing takes about ten minutes and asks three things.
- Who sets the base price. The market, from the comparable listings shown to you on a map, or you, with a number.
- How hard to push. Conservative, balanced or aggressive. This sets how the price moves as a night gets close, and how much it rises for nights far out.
- The floor. The night you would rather leave empty than sell. You can type it as a listed price or as the amount you want to keep after Airbnb's 15.5%, and the app stores the listed price that clears it.
Then the first calendar is priced, pushed, and shown to you with every night explained at the top of the page: what the market is doing, where the night sits in the week, what season it is in, what the floor did if anything.
What happens every day after that
- Every day, every night up to a year out is re-priced against the market.
- Within minutes of a new booking, the nights around it are lifted.
- On every push, every price is checked against your floor in Hostomat's own code. A price below it is replaced by the floor. Hospitable and Airbnb would accept anything, so the check has to be ours.
- If something else moves your prices, Smart Pricing or a direct edit on Airbnb, you get one message saying which nights and by how much.
- Every morning, a check on every connected listing, priced or not, that speaks only when a listing has stalled, and says which lever is binding.
- When a one or two-night gap appears between bookings, you hear about it once, with the two guests who could fill it.
The co-host answers questions on the dashboard and on WhatsApp, and takes instructions: lock a night at a price, set a floor, pause or resume a listing. Every change comes back as a button you press. Nothing runs on its own.
What it costs
$19 per listing per month for up to five listings. $16 a listing from the sixth, $13 from the sixteenth, and the rate applies to every listing you have. Connecting and the audit need no card. The first month is free on every listing you switch on during it: a card is saved when you switch pricing on, and nothing is charged for 30 days. Pause a listing at any time, and its prices stay exactly where they were left. The audit stays free whether or not you price.
What it does not do yet
No mobile app. No guest messaging, Hospitable does that better than anyone. No Vrbo or Booking.com pricing. No minimum stays. Hostomat launched in 2026 and prices a handful of hosts' calendars, and the pages on this site say so.
If your listings are on Hospitable, connecting one takes two minutes and pricing it takes ten. Start with the audit, then decide.
14 days free. No card required.
Ten minutes from now, tonight is priced.
