Nothing here is an illustration. It is the calendar out of the app, running on one listing we made up. The prices are what the engine produces from a base and its multipliers, not numbers typed onto a picture.
Walk it into November and watch it stop. The season falls away and the prices come down with it, until they reach the floor and hold. That stop is enforced in our own code, not asked of anyone else.
Handing over a calendar
is the part nobody enjoys.
So here is the whole list of what it is allowed to do, and what it is not. Every limit below is enforced in our own code before anything is sent.
It never prices below your floor.
You set one number per listing. The engine treats it as a wall, not a preference. If the market drops under it we hold at your floor and tell you it may be costing you nights, rather than quietly chasing the market down.
It never touches your availability.
We write nightly rates and nothing else. No opening dates, no closing them, no minimum stays, no changing a reservation that already exists.
It never messages your guests.
The assistant talks to you on WhatsApp. It has no path to a guest thread, and it is not getting one.
It never acts on a request without your tap.
Ask it to change something and it comes back with the change written out, an Approve and a Cancel. Nothing runs until you press Approve.
It never locks you in.
Disconnect from Settings and we stop writing to your calendar that minute. Your prices stay exactly where they were. No export to request, no notice period.
And it shows its working, every time.
